Are you on the JuniperWeb Plus or Advanced tier? If so, you can customize the content and subject line of system-generated emails for Registration, Authorized Registration, Declined Registration and Forgot Password.
This feature allows you to customize the language, look, and feel of your website’s triggered emails.
To start customizing, log into the Juniper Web B2B Admin page. Then, click the dropdown menu on "Website" in the left sidebar and select "Emails".
From there, click the "Edit" icon on the email template you'd like to customize.
From here, you can change the subject line and body content of the triggered email type. Any changes made will take effect immediately, on the left in the Live Preview pane, after you hit "Save".
Made a mistake or want to revert back to the default email template? Notice at the top right of that page, there is a "Revert To Default" link - click it and confirm the pop up to revert the email template.
