What Fields Are Required on The Product Template To Ensure Maximum Compatibility Across JuniperCommerce?

To ensure your products appear correct across JuniperComerce, including Repzio, please ensure your product template has these fields populated. 

ItemID

  • Used for uniquely identifying each product- No Duplicates
  • Must be less than 50 characters in length
  • May contain letters, numbers, dashes, and slashes
  • Other foreign characters should be avoided
  • A forward slash or an underscore in the ItemID can affect your images, requiring you to use the PhotoName column
  • Can be used in the App to search for products

ItemName

  • Name of product
  • The same name can be used for multiple products
  • Must be less than 100 characters in length
  • Can be used in the App to search for products
  • If left blank, JuniperWeb will not display the product. 

OrderMinimumQuantity

  • A set number dictating the smallest quantity of an item that can be purchased at a time
  • If left blank, it will default to a quantity of 1

OrderMultipleQuantity

  • A set number dictating the quantity of a product that is ordered at a time
  • Example: Order in sets of 2, 4, 6, 8, etc.
  • If left blank, it will default to a quantity of 1

IsDeleted

  • Manages which products will show up on iPad and web using False or True
  • Products marked FALSE will show
  • Products marked TRUE will be removed and will not
  • Once marked TRUE, the product will continue to show in the webmanager portal (also will show on exports of products)
  • If left blank, it will default to FALSE
