    • NOTE* Multi-line agencies (Subscribers) can now see when their data was Pushed Live.
    • NOTE* Files uploaded will display a download link where the user can view the file in a new tab and save a copy of the txt file to their computer.
      • The ability to download a copy of the file is available for 30 days from the date of upload. After 30 days, the download icon changes to a tool tip to notify the user that the “historical file no longer exists”

  • Status displays whether the action was successful.
    • NOTE* If the user encountered any warnings while uploading a file, a copy of the warnings can be found on the new History page. Next to the “Successful” status, a warning icon will appear. Feature 2: Push Data Live per Vendor

This feature is applicable for multi-line agency accounts only.

To Push Data Live for one or few vendors:

  • On the Vendor Manager page select the checkboxes to the left of the vendor’s name.
  • The new Push Data Live button (located to the left of the Add Vendor button) will turn green with the total number of vendors selected in parenthesis.

    • NOTE* The Push Data button in the left navigation menu is hidden when vendors are selected on the Vendor Manager page. The button reappears when all vendors are deselected.
  • Click the new Push Data Live button and a pop-up will appear to confirm that the user wants to Push Data Live

  • Click Yes and a toast message will appear to alert the user how many vendors are being Pushed Live

    2.2.png

    • NOTE* Vendors cannot be selected across multiple pages. Vendors selected to be Pushed Live on the current page will need to be Pushed Live before navigating to a different page number.
    • NOTE* Vendors with a Pending Pub/Sub Connection Request can be Pushed Live, but data will not flow to downstream channels (such as Product FastLane) because the connection has not yet been approved.

User Interface Update

Multi-Line agencies (Subscribers) can continue to use the Push Data button in the left navigation menu to publish data for ALL vendors at one time.

The Push Data Live green drawer now displays “Push All Data Live”

*This update is applicable for multi-line agency accounts only

User Interface Update

A new “Last Push Live” column has been added to the Vendor page for multi-line agencies (Subscribers) to have visibility to when each of their vendors were pushed live (see Image 2.0).

  • NOTE* The Last Push Live date/time on the Vendor page does not update in real time. Users will need to refresh their browser to see the Last Push Live date/time update.
  • NOTE* With the introduction of this feature or new vendors that are added to the Vendor page, the Last Push Live column will display a hyphen ( - ) until Push Live per Vendor is used. After Push Live per Vendor is used once, the Last Push Live column will update based off individual vendor Push Lives (Vendor page) or a Push All Data Live (left navigation & green drawer).

*This update is applicable for multi-line agency accounts only

User Interface Update

This enhancement includes sessions checks to safeguard against multiple Push Lives from being processed. If the user Pushes Live while a Push Live is in progress, a toast message will appear on the page that reads, “Push Data Live is currently in progress. Please try again later.”

A toast message will appear to alert users when a Push Live is in progress.

Feature 3: New Last Updated Columns

*This feature is applicable for multi-line agency accounts only

A new “Last Updated” column can be found on the Vendor Manager page and when clicking into a specific vendor to review their product data.

The Last Updated column represents the last date and time a single-line vendor (Publisher) Pushed Data Live to the multi-line agency (Subscriber) OR the last time a product file was uploaded in the agency account on behalf of the vendor.

  • The Last Updated column can be sorted ascending or descending by date & time.
  • NOTE* The time displayed is in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
  • NOTE* The Last Updated column will update for product-specific updates. For example, adding products to a category is not considered a product-specific update.

Feature 4:Ability To Upload Partial Product File

Single-line vendors (Publishers) and multi-line agencies (Subscribers) can upload fewer column headers instead of uploading a full product file in JuniperData.

4.0.png

Example Juniper Product File with only six columns of data in Excel.

  • The Data Sheet Preview page will only display the columns from the partial product file
  • NOTE* Partial files can be uploaded for product files only. The file must have Juniper column headers (ie. ItemID rather than SKU).
  • NOTE* The IsDeleted column is always REQUIRED.
  • NOTE* If a column header is present in the product file with no data, this will override the exiting data with no data.
